Write to support@nuviovision.com within 14 days of receipt – your order number is enough.
- 2Pack securely
Pack the product with all accessories, ideally in the original packaging.
- 3Send it back
Ship it to the return address we provide within 14 days of your withdrawal.
- 4Refund
Once received, we refund the purchase price within 14 days to your original payment method.
You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the day you received the goods, without giving any reason. A clear statement by email is all it takes.
You may inspect the product as you would in a shop. You can be held liable for any loss in value caused by use beyond that. Please include all accessories.
If an item is faulty or we sent the wrong one, we cover the return costs and send you a replacement – just write to us with photos.
Return questions
Who pays the return shipping on withdrawal?
If you withdraw without a defect, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods. If the item is defective or wrong, we cover it, of course.
How long does the refund take?
No later than 14 days after the goods have reached us, via the payment method you used for the order.
Can I exchange a product?
Yes – tell us which colour or variant you'd like instead. We'll arrange the exchange together with the return.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, the statutory 2-year warranty. If there's a defect, contact us with your order number and photos.
